Outline
The recent renaissance of London Parks for communal relaxation stimulated the new development of the ‘terrace café’. Staying in tune with the vibrant tone of city life meant creating a high quality soundscape, to enhance business and social lunchtime dining and weekend recreation. CGA Integration were chosen to specify, supply and install a system to meet this challenge.

Challenges
Sound quality and ease of content control were key concerns for management. Delivering these in a simple, effective and consistent system would allow more time to focus on building exceptional customer care standards.
The project also required close liaison with the Mueller Kneer planning team and efficient installation.

Technical.
Evid 4.2 speakers, Cloud amps and an automated playlist player form the heart of this neat system. Control is made completely simple using a Cloud remote wall panel. This allows sound levels to be set from within the restaurant, while the amp rack remains in a secure environment.

“The system does exactly what we want it to” was the opinion of owner manager Patrick. “We’ve been open just a few weeks and have had everything from relaxing lunches to functions for a hundred people. We also like the fact that it will be easy to upgrade when the business needs it”.
